Not necessarily; Iโd be happy to assist with any WordPress-based website provided you are able to supply admin access and/or access to your hosting account.
Just login to your CRJ Design account and Submit a Ticket. Iโll review your request as soon as I can and let you know when itโs completed.
Please use the Ticket System to send requests. The Ticket System enables me to manage all requests in one place and deal with tasks on a first come, first served basis.
If contacting me directly, a ticket will be created for you in your account.
Unfortunately not. If you arenโt using all of your monthly hours, consider downgrading to just WordPress hosting and paying for jobs by the hour.
Charges will depend on the nature and cause of the issue. For example, if changes are made to the website outside of CRJ Designโs control, then this will be billable.
In most cases, a broken website is simply down to a plugin conflict or outdated software, and I would be happy to fix this for you with no charge.
All CRJ Design websites come with 1 monthโs free support. After this time, all updates and requests are billable, unless there is a technical problem.
Iโll let you know if an update is going to take longer than the remaining time you have left, so you can decide if you want to go ahead. If you do go ahead, you will be charged ยฃ30/hour for the extra work (with a minimum charge of 30 minutes – ยฃ15). A custom invoice will be added to your account for you to pay online with your debit or credit card.
I will include the time used, and the time remaining, in your Support Tickets.
This depends entirely on what needs to be done, and varies from 10 minutes (for small jobs), to up to an hour for large tasks. Small requests such as updating some text, or adding a photo, take very little time. Larger or more complex requests such as updating a shop or booking system, or adding a new page, will take longer.
Payment is securely taken via Stripe on a monthly basis using the payment method saved in your account. You can manage your cards by visiting the Payment Methods area of your account.
Yes โ you can cancel your plan at any time from within your account, or by contacting me. Your plan will be downgraded to just WordPress hosting (ยฃ6/month).
