Design Services FAQ's
Yes โ as well as receiving bitmap files of your logo (PNG and JPG) for use on the web or small print jobs, you also get the logo designs in vector format (PDF). Vector files can be resized without loss of quality, so theyโre ideal for high quality printing, embroidery and signage.
We put all your logo files (including branding style guides and moodboards) into a private Dropbox folder. Even if you donโt have a Dropbox account, you can still access the folder. From here you can download all files as a .zip folder to your own computer, or just download files individually as and when you need them.
Once youโve decided to go ahead, weโll send you an invoice for a 50% deposit upfront. Once the design is complete, youโll receive another invoice for the remaining balance.
Payment can be made via BACS (preferred), PayPal or cheque.
I am not VAT registered (one of the benefits of hiring me rather than a large agency!) so the price you see is the price you pay.
Usually, we can get started on a new project within 2 weeks (sometimes sooner), so please bare this in mind if you have a tight deadline. Weโll give you an estimated start date when you book in.

Before I start a project, Iโll go through a few things with you to get to know your business and your ideas for the logo. Iโll need to know about your target audience, your preferred style and what your business is all about.
