Can I register my domain with you?

Yes and it’s super affordable! It’s only £5.99 /year for .co.uk domains, or £12.49 /year for .com domains. Visit the Domain Search Tool to find and register your ideal domain name, or transfer your existing domain to CRJ Design. This will keep your domain and hosting all in one place.

Do you only host WordPress websites?

Nope! I also offer standard Linux hosting for non-WordPress websites. View my Web Hosting Plans here.

Is there a discount for charities?

Charities, Community Interest Companies and other non-profits can get FREE web hosting with CRJ Design. Please get in touch to order.

Is there a discount for multiple websites?

Yes! If you have multiple websites you’d like to host with me, just get in touch and I can provide you with a discounted quote.

Is it really unlimited?

Absolutely! Unlike other hosting companies, there is no limit on your storage space, bandwidth, FTP users, or 10GB email accounts, so you never have to worry about running out of space or hitting your resource limits. Other companies set limits to upsell more expensive plans and require you to upgrade once you start running out of resources.

How do I transfer my existing website to you?

Provided you are able to supply login details to your cPanel, Heart Internet, FastHosts, or Plesk hosting server, the simple migration tool can seamlessly transfer your website and emails to CRJ Design. Alternatively, we can perform a manual migration using FTP.

Can I manage my hosting & email?

Yes! You can login to the Web Hosting Portal to manage your hosting, emails, and domains.

How do I cancel my hosting plan?

You can login to your Web Hosting Portal and cancel the auto-renewal for your web hosting plan. Please note that I am unable to give refunds, so I recommend cancelling shortly before your service is due to renew.

Cancelling your hosting plan will take your website offline so it’s wise to save a backup of your website in case you need it again in future.

What is a CDN?

A Content Delivery Network (CDN) is all about making a website load faster for all users, wherever they are in the world. This is done by storing (caching) copies of your website on servers at the network edge.

Do I have to host my CRJ Design website with you?

Not at all, but note that I am unable to guarantee the reliability, speed, or uptime of your website when it is hosted with a third-party. Most of my clients choose to host with me as it takes the hassle out of finding a reputable web host, and ensures that any technical issues or queries can be handled promptly by myself.
