FAQ's
No - you don't have to already be a client. Anyone can benefit from becoming a member, regardless of if we've worked together before or not.
Simple! Whenever you need an update, such as a change to your website or something posted to your social media, just contact us via email, text or phone call. We'll aim to have it done within 24 hours (not including weekends and bank holidays).
You'll be able to see your remaining hours (and minutes) for the month from within your account.
Unfortunately not. We recommending logging in a week or so before your renewal date and using your unused hours while you can.
We'll warn you if an update is going to take longer than the remaining time you have left, so you can decide if you want to go ahead. If you do go ahead, you will be charged £10/hour for the extra work, payable via BACS or Paypal.
This depends entirely on what needs to be done, and varies from 10 minutes (for small jobs), to up to an hour for large tasks. Social media posts generally take around 15 minutes each to create and publish. Digital graphics can take up to an hour.
Payment is securely taken via Stripe on a monthly basis.
Yes - you can cancel your membership at any time from your account, or by contacting us.
Priority support means that, as a Gold member, your requests are dealt with first and foremost, before any requests made by Bronze or Silver members.
