Not necessarily; I’d be happy to assist with any WordPress-based website provided you are able to supply admin access and/or access to your hosting account.

Please use the Ticket System to send requests and refrain from contacting me directly via email, text or phone, as it’s easy for requests to be missed or misunderstood. The Ticket System enables me to manage all requests in one place and deal with tasks on a first come, first served basis.

If contacting me directly, a ticket will be created for you in your account.

Unfortunately not. If you aren’t using all of your monthly hours, consider downgrading to a different plan or cancelling your membership and paying for jobs by the hour.

Priority support means that, as a Gold member, your requests are dealt with first and foremost, before any requests made by Bronze or Silver members.

Charges will depend on the nature and cause of the issue. For example, if changes are made to the website outside of CRJ Design’s control, then this will be billable.

I’ll warn you if an update is going to take longer than the remaining time you have left, so you can decide if you want to go ahead. If you do go ahead, you will be charged £30/hour for the extra work (with a minimum charge of 30 minutes). A custom invoice will be added to your account for you to pay online with your debit or credit card.

I will include the time used, and the time remaining, in your Support Tickets.

This depends entirely on what needs to be done, and varies from 10 minutes (for small jobs), to up to an hour for large tasks. Small requests such as updating some text, or adding a photo, take very little time. Larger or more complex requests such as updating a shop or booking system, or adding a new page, will take longer.

Payment is securely taken via Stripe on a monthly basis using the payment method saved in your account. You can manage your cards by visiting the Payment Methods area of your account.

Yes – you can cancel your membership at any time from within your account, or by contacting me. If you are benefiting from free Web Hosting as a monthly member, your membership will be replaced with a Hosting plan.
